Refund Policy

The maximum term to request the return of an order is 7 days from receipt of it. Within this period, you can request the return, stating the reasons for it in the email info@rypo.es.

RYPO may choose based on the reasons stated by:

1.- The replacement of a product of the same kind as the one requested in the event that your order does not correspond to the items received within a period of 14 days from the return.

2.- The delivery of a purchase voucher for the amount of the order, valid for 30 days on all RYPO products.

In the event that you detect a problem at the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) you must indicate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, and contact RYPO by phone or email within the first 24 hours after receiving the order.

The return cannot take place in any case if the product is not sent in perfect condition, properly protected, with all accessories, instructions and documentation and provided that they have not been clearly used that prevents the product from being find it in the same condition in which it was purchased.

In the event that RYPO opts for the refund of the amount paid, it will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase and within a period of no more than thirty days from receipt of the returned merchandise at RYPO's premises.

RYPO will not refund the amount or carry out any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses, with the customer being responsible for the costs of returning the product. , and RYPO reserves the right to reimburse said costs based on the reasons for the return.
